The name Aluma is inspired by the word Alumna - a term for women who have graduated, grown, and moved forward. At Aluma, every member becomes an Alumna: a woman on a journey toward leadership, supported every step of the way. Through leadership courses, practical resources, and a thriving community, we’re here to create the next generation of leaders.
